Glitters Educational Consult is an education consultancy dedicated to strengthening schools and learning organisations through structured, practical, and sustainable systems.
We work with school owners, leaders, educators, NGOs, faith based organisations, and public institutions to improve teaching quality, leadership effectiveness, and learning environments in ways that create lasting impact.
Rather than offering one off training or isolated products, we adopt a whole school, systems led approach. Our work intentionally connects leadership, teaching practice, curriculum design, learning resources, and operational structures to support meaningful learning outcomes for every learner.

CEO Profile
The CEO of Glitters Educational Consult is an experienced educator and education consultant with expertise in early childhood education, the Montessori approach, customised curriculum design for primary and secondary schools, and whole school development.
She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Huddersfield and is a Certified Montessori Trainer with Modern Montessori International, London. She is also a member of the American Montessori Society and the Early Childhood Educators of Nigeria, blending international best practice with local educational realities.
Through a systems led consultancy approach, she supports schools, NGOs, and education focused organisations in school setup and revamping, curriculum development, teacher training, parent engagement, and the design of developmentally appropriate classrooms and learning environments.
Her goal is to help schools build strong leadership systems, confident educators, and engaging learning spaces that nurture curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.
